Lately I have been reading all kinds of interesting blogs. Some are teaching blogs, some are DIY and some are just written by random interesting (and funny) people. I decided to get on the blogging bandwagon mainly as a way to document all the things my sweet little family does. I love being a wife, mommy and teacher. I am not currently in the classroom. I have been on leave since having my incredibly sweet little boy last November. I have really been enjoying my time with Luke and his cutie pie big sister, Madalyn. My big girl will start kindergarten in the fall. When did that happen? It seems like she was just as small as Luke is.

Madalyn graduated from VPK a few weeks ago. It's been so nice to have her home and spend quality time with her before she heads off to kindergarten. Below is a picture of her at graduation.
We have been having lots of fun so far this summer. Craft projects, play dates, library story time, lunch dates, dress up, movie days and lots of snuggling is how we are spending our days. I'll share some of the things we have been up to in future posts.
